Do not use Aivah to facilitate illegal activity, violence, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, fraud, scams, malware, phishing, unauthorized surveillance, or the sale or distribution of prohibited goods or services.
2. Privacy, identity, and consent
Do not collect, infer, expose, or use personal or confidential information without a lawful basis and appropriate notice. Do not clone a voice, create a likeness, record a conversation, or impersonate a real person without the necessary rights and consent.
3. Deception and synthetic media
Do not mislead people into believing an AI employee, avatar, voice, image, or generated message is a human where that distinction would be material. Use clear disclosure for customer-facing AI and synthetic media when required by law or context.
4. Security and platform integrity
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass controls, evade limits, access accounts or systems without authorization, distribute malicious code, or use integrations beyond the permissions granted to you.
5. Content and intellectual property
Do not submit or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. You are responsible for licences and permissions for knowledge sources, uploaded files, media, and generated material you publish.
6. High-impact decisions
Do not use Aivah as the sole decision-maker for employment, credit, housing, insurance, legal services, medical care, education admission, essential services, or similar high-impact decisions. Qualified human review and appropriate safeguards are required.
7. Children and sensitive experiences
Do not target children or vulnerable people with manipulative, exploitative, sexual, or unsafe experiences. Additional consent, age assurance, and safety obligations may apply to education, health, and child-directed services.
8. Enforcement and reporting
OpinionAI may investigate suspected violations, limit functionality, remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests. Report safety or abuse concerns to aivah@opinionai.ai.
