1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Aivah, you agree to these terms and the policies they reference. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must be at least 18 years old when using paid or business services unless OpinionAI approves another arrangement in writing.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, activity under your credentials, and the users you authorize. Workspace administrators may manage access, content, integrations, settings, and usage within their organization.
3. The Aivah service
Aivah provides AI workspaces, AI employees, live avatars and characters, coding tools, integrations, automation, generated content, and related features. Features, models, limits, and availability may change as the service evolves.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant OpinionAI and its service providers the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights, notices, and consents needed for content, personal information, recordings, voices, likenesses, integrations, and instructions you provide.
5. AI outputs and human review
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and tool actions before relying on, publishing, or using them. Do not use Aivah as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Aivah to violate law, rights, privacy, security, platform limits, or third-party terms, or to misrepresent synthetic people or content in a deceptive way.
7. Third-party services
Aivah can connect to third-party models, tools, websites, payment services, and communication channels. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms. OpinionAI is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
8. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans, credits, usage charges, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown at purchase or in an applicable order. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled and fees already incurred are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
9. OpinionAI property
OpinionAI and its licensors retain rights in Aivah, its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains authorized.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users or systems, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Aivah at any time and can request account closure subject to retention obligations.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Aivah is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, OpinionAI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made from AI output. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes, agreements, and contact
A signed enterprise agreement or order controls if it conflicts with these terms. We may update these terms with notice appropriate to the change. Questions about the contracting entity, governing terms, or service can be sent to aivah@opinionai.ai.
