This guide is for people responsible for reviewing saved facts and preferences from supported conversations. You will find the correct item, check its context, and safely edit, delete, or download the information currently shown.

Before you begin

  • Open the correct workspace and confirm you are authorized to review customer information.
  • Know the customer, topic, source, or approximate date you are looking for.
  • Remove unrelated filters before deciding that an item is missing.
  • Decide whether you need to review, correct, delete, or download information.

Avoid storing payment details, passwords, identity documents, medical details, or other sensitive information unless your organization has explicitly approved it.

Steps

1. Open Integrations → Manage Memory

The page contains Memories and Sessions.

2. Find the memory

Use the controls available in Memories to:

  • Filter the memories already loaded on screen.
  • Filter by memory type.
  • Search by meaning.
  • Review topics and dates.

Confirm the customer, source, and context whenever that information is available. A similar topic is not enough to prove you have the correct item.

3. Review or edit the selected memory

Open the intended item, check its context, make only the necessary correction, and confirm the result shown by the workspace.

4. Delete only the intended memory

Check the selected item again before using delete. This guide does not establish an undo or recovery path for a deleted memory.

5. Download the currently loaded page when needed

Use the available download action to create a spreadsheet file for the page currently loaded.

6. Review Sessions

Open Sessions to review the available session summary. Some session details may be view-only.

Expected result

You can identify the correct memory or session, the intended edit or deletion is reflected in the current view, and any download is labelled and handled as a displayed-page file rather than a complete account export.

Status meanings

Memory and session views do not use one shared processing status. A saved edit should be visible after the list refreshes, and a removed item should no longer appear in the selected scope. If a change is still loading or an error appears, do not repeat a permanent action; refresh once, confirm the scope, and contact support if the result remains unclear.

Usage credit impact

This guide does not define a credit charge for viewing, editing, deleting, searching, or downloading memory. Use the balance and usage information shown in your workspace as the current source of truth.

Information stored or shared

Memory can contain saved facts or preferences from supported conversations. Sessions provide the available summary of memory sessions. A downloaded spreadsheet creates another copy outside the workspace; store it only in an approved location and remove it when it is no longer needed.

Limits and permanent actions

  • Filters apply to information already loaded on screen.
  • The download covers the displayed page and may not represent the full account.
  • Some session details may be view-only.
  • No memory-deletion recovery behavior is documented here. Confirm the item before deleting it.
  • This article does not define memory retention or account-deletion behavior.
