Use this guide after signing in for the first time or when helping a teammate find a feature. You will know which workspace area owns each part of an AI employee's lifecycle.

Before you begin

Sign in to Aivah and make sure the left navigation is visible. On a smaller screen, open the navigation control first.

Steps

1. Find building and appearance controls

Open Agents to build, prepare, view, edit, test, retry, or remove an AI employee. Open Customization to browse animated companions and manage image Characters, backgrounds, and Voices.

2. Find private conversations

The conversation area is your private Playground for testing and normal work. The lower part of the left navigation lists conversations grouped by date and provides controls to search, start, pin, rename, or delete them.

3. Find publishing controls

Open Shared to publish a ready employee through a direct link or supported website experience. Test privately before using this area.

4. Find content tools

Open Productivity to generate slide decks, prepared podcasts, and mind maps. Open Studio Podcast for a separate, temporary live two-host podcast experience.

5. Find integrations and recurring work

Open Integrations to connect outside tools, configure phone and messaging, find supported work in AI Drive, review Memory, and monitor scheduled jobs and regular checks.

6. Find results

Open Insights to review available summaries and the underlying conversations, leads, quizzes, calls, and usage records. Use detailed records when investigating an individual case.

7. Open your account menu

Open your profile at the bottom of the navigation to view your plan, add usage credits, open Account or Billing, change the interface appearance, or choose Log out.

Expected result

You can move from Agents to a private conversation, Shared, and Insights, and you know that appearance, connected tools, content creation, and account settings each have their own area.

Status meanings

Opening a workspace area has no completion status. Use the status shown inside the selected feature: wait for pending or processing work, test completed work before publishing, and open the details of failed work before retrying.

Usage credit impact

Opening and reviewing navigation does not by itself start a documented billable action. Conversations, generation, voice, and other supported activity may use credits. Check the balance shown in your account.

Information stored or shared

Navigation does not publish an employee. Changes made inside each area can save account, employee, conversation, generated work, connection, or result information. Shared is the area that makes an employee available to visitors.

Limits and permanent actions

Deleting a conversation is permanent in the current workspace. Confirm its name before approving deletion. Selection and feature availability can vary by account.

Common problems and recovery

  • An area is not visible: expand the navigation, check your account access, and confirm you are signed into the intended workspace.
  • The wrong employee answers: start a new conversation and select the intended Agent.
  • Generated work seems missing: check Productivity, AI Drive under Integrations, and the conversation where it was requested.
  • You are on a shared device: close voice, camera, screen, or recording activity before choosing Log out.

Next step
