Use this guide when creating a new Aivah workspace. You will verify your account and either complete the guided first build or enter the workspace to build manually.
Before you begin
Prepare an email account you can open, a strong password, your company or team name, a short description of your work, and the one job you want your first AI employee to perform.
Steps
1. Create the account
Open the Aivah sign-up page. Enter your name and email, create and confirm a password, then choose Create account.
2. Verify your email
Open the verification message sent to your email and complete the verification. Return to Aivah and sign in with your email and password.
The sign-in page may also show Continue with Google. If you forget a password-based account password, choose Forgot password and follow the reset message.
3. Complete the guided choices
New accounts are guided through the information needed to prepare a first employee and conversation. Confirm the choices shown, which may include:
- Your name and account email.
- Your company or team.
- A short description of your work.
- The first AI employee's name and main job.
- Its communication style, response option, voice, and appearance.
4. Review before launching
Check that the employee name describes the job, the purpose is focused, and the selected voice and appearance suit the intended audience. Choose the launch action shown once.
5. Continue to the workspace
After preparation, Aivah saves the selected preferences, creates the first conversation, and opens the conversation workspace.
If Skip is available, you can enter without completing guided setup. You will then need to create an AI employee in Agents and choose conversation preferences manually.
Expected result
You can sign in and see the Aivah workspace. If guided setup completed, your first employee and conversation are available. If you skipped, the workspace opens without a finished first employee.
Status meanings
Account verification is complete when the verification link is accepted and sign-in succeeds. Guided setup is complete when the workspace opens and the expected employee or conversation is visible. If the setup returns to the beginning or remains incomplete, check Agents before launching it again.
Usage credit impact
No fixed usage-credit charge for account creation or guided setup is documented here. Supported activity after setup can use usage credits; use the balance and messages shown in your workspace as the current source of truth.
Information stored or shared
Aivah stores the account and setup information you submit, including account details, organization context, and selected employee and conversation preferences. Do not enter passwords, payment details, private connection values, or customer records into the business description.
Limits and permanent actions
Feature availability, response options, voices, and limits can vary by account. Email verification is required when the sign-up flow asks for it. Skipping setup does not create the missing employee for you.
Common problems and recovery
- You cannot sign in: confirm the email, finish email verification, reset the password, and try again in the same browser.
- Setup returns to the beginning: confirm every required choice and avoid choosing the launch action more than once.
- Preparation fails: use the displayed retry action. If an employee may already exist, check Agents before starting again.
- No verification email arrives: check filtered mail folders and confirm the address entered at sign-up.
Next step
Take the workspace tour, then test the prepared employee in Playground.
